Bill came to work for H.B. Neild & Sons, Inc. in 1973 as a general laborer after spending one year in a survey crew both on land and offshore. He has been with us for 22 of the past 30 years. During those years he has held the position of laborer, Carpenters’ Apprentice, Journeyman Carpenter, Carpenter Foreman, Superintendent, Estimator, and Project Manager. His responsibilities include periodically visiting all job sites. He monitors personnel and equipment on sites. He assists superintendent with acquiring specialty items or equipment for their projects. He also assists with estimating of projects and managing of projects as needed. |
