Johnny came to work for H.B. Neild & Sons, Inc. in 2003 after employment with a construction firm in East Texas. He has 20 years of composite construction experience in different fields ranging from: Commercial Building Construction, Waste Water Treatment Facilities and Industrial Construction. His work experiences include: Field Superintendent, Estimator and Project Manager. His responsibilities entail overseeing technical management of projects and communication with onsite field supervision. He will also work closely with office and field supervision to manage job costing, estimating and scheduling. |
